Het salon wordt georganiseerd door FEBIAC vzw.
FEBIAC is de Belgische automobiel- en tweewielerfederatie, met meer dan 100 jaar ervaring. Ze vertegenwoordigt de constructeurs en invoerders van de vervoermiddelen op de weg (personenwagens, bedrijfsvoertuigen, gemotoriseerde tweewielers, fietsen) en hun toeleveranciers in België; en dit op Europees, wereld-, federaal en regionaal niveau.
Een van FEBIACs missies is de organisatie van de European Motor Show Brussels. Deze salons zijn erkend door en staan op de kalender van de OICA. In de pare jaren vindt het Internationaal Auto- en Motorfietssalon plaats, in de onpare jaren het Internationaal Salon voor de Lichte Bedrijfs-, Vrijetijdsvoertuigen en Moto’s. Elk jaar in januari worden de Heizelpaleizen in Brussel de grootste showroom van het land.
